Step 02 · About this role

What the role involves and what the package looks like.

Last-mile metro work on Kapture branded 3.5t vans and 7.5t curtainsiders. Routes are pre-planned in PODFather with live drop optimisation. We pay a fuel-card-only flat scheme — no fuel cost guesswork.

What you'll do.

  • 30–60 metro drops per shift on a planned route.
  • Photo-POD capture and customer notification handling.
  • Vehicle daily checks and clean-cab presentation.
  • Recovery of failed deliveries and returns.
  • Polite, branded customer contact at the door.

What we need from you.

  • Full UK Category B licence held 24+ months (Cat C1 for 7.5t).
  • Maximum 6 penalty points.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Smartphone literate — comfortable with route apps.

Nice to have.

  • Cat C1 / 7.5t
  • Driver CPC
  • Previous Amazon, DPD, Evri or Yodel experience
