Step 02 · About this role
What the role involves and what the package looks like.
Hunt new logos. We give you a real product, a real platform, and a marketing engine that actually feeds the pipeline. You bring the discipline and the customer relationships. Activity is what we measure on the way in. Revenue on the way out.
What you'll do.
- Build a 3x pipeline against your individual annual quota.
- Lead bid responses with the solutions and pricing teams.
- Run RFI / RFP / tender processes through to commercial close.
- Onboard and hand off won business cleanly to operations.
- Maintain CRM hygiene — no deal exists if it's not in the system.
What we need from you.
- 3+ years in a logistics / 3PL / freight new-business role.
- Track record of closing £500k+ contracts.
- Right to work in the UK and full driving licence.
- Hunter mindset — we are not paying for relationship management.
Nice to have.
- Existing book of UK shipper relationships
- MEDDPICC / Sandler / Challenger training
- Sector specialism (retail, pharma, manufacturing)
